Claw Machine Rental Requirements

To ensure a smooth and successful delivery, please review the following requirements before booking. It is the responsibility of the renter to verify that all requirements are met prior to the event.

  • Ground-Level Access Only:
    Our claw machines cannot be transported up or down stairs. If your event location has stairs at the entry, this must be disclosed in advance. Delivery in these situations is at our discretion.

  • Doorway Clearance:
    Entry doors must accommodate the machine’s size:
    76 inches tall × 32 inches wide.

  • Setup Space:
    A dedicated space is required to accommodate the full footprint of the machine. Placement against a wall is preferred for safety and stability.

  • Power Source:
    A standard 3-prong electrical outlet must be located within 6 feet of the desired setup location. An extension cord may be used only if proper safety precautions can be taken.

Failure to meet these requirements may result in delayed setup or cancellation without refund.
