Tea Party Services

1. Rentals Only

Perfect for DIY hosts who just need the essentials. Rent our tables, chairs, linens, dishware, glassware, servingware, and décor. We deliver everything you need, you style your event, and your tea party comes to life in your own hands.

2. Design + Rentals

Ideal for clients who want a beautiful, cohesive look while still doing their own setup. I’ll create a custom design plan and provide all the rentals to bring it to life. Optional add-ons include themed activities like a DIY bouquet bar, flower crown making, or canvas painting.

3. Full-Service Tea Party

A completely stress-free experience from start to finish. I design your event, provide all rentals, coordinate with additional vendors, set up and style your tea party, and return afterward for pickup. All you have to do is enjoy your celebration!

  • Our standard tea party packages are rental-only, which means you receive beautifully curated tea party pieces to use for your event.

    This option is perfect if you enjoy setting things up yourself or already have a vision in mind.

    ✨ Design and setup are always optional.
    If you’d like help pulling everything together — or want us to handle it all — you can add those services during booking or after you receive your proposal.

  • 6-Guest Rental — $125
    Includes tea party rentals for up to 6 guests.

    Color palettes and small décor details may be customized based on availability.

    8-Guest Rental — $165
    Includes tea party rentals for up to 8 guests.

    Customization options such as colors or theme direction may be available — just ask!

    12-Guest Rental — $235
    Includes tea party rentals for up to 12 guests.

    For larger gatherings, select décor elements and styling details may be customized based on availability.

  • Want a little extra help? These services can be added to any standard tea party rental.

    Design Only
    We’ll create a cohesive styling plan and select décor pieces so everything looks beautiful together. You’ll receive guidance, and you’ll handle the setup.

    Design + Setup
    We take care of everything — styling the table, placing décor, and setting it all up — so you can relax and enjoy your gathering.

    💛 These services are completely optional and not included unless selected.

  • Kids tea parties are designed to be easy and stress-free for parents, so design and setup are included.

    Kids Tea Party (6 children included) — $195
    Includes child-friendly tea party rentals, coordinated décor, and full setup for up to 6 children.

    Additional children — $20 per child

    *This package is perfect for birthdays and special celebrations where you want everything to feel extra special without extra work.

  • Want to make your tea party extra memorable? Activities are a fun way to give guests something hands-on to enjoy during your celebration.

    Activities can be added to any tea party package and are set up as a self-guided experience.

    🌸 Flower Crown Making
    Guests create their own flower crown to wear and take home.

    🎨 Watercolor Painting
    A relaxed painting activity with all supplies provided — aprons included for easy cleanup.

    💐 Bouquet Bar
    Guests design a small bouquet using fresh florals to take home.

    🍃 Make-Your-Own Tea Blend Bar (adult parties only)
    A curated selection of loose-leaf teas and herbs for guests to create a custom tea blend.

    Activities may be added to your proposal after booking or discussed during the planning process.

    Activity availability may vary based on guest count, age group, and inventory.

    Design and setup services are optional for standard tea party rentals and are included with kids tea party packages.

    Color preferences and light styling adjustments are always welcome. More detailed customization, themed designs, specialty sourcing, or highly specific requests may require a design or design + setup upgrade..
